Tee time Booking ​- Terms and Conditions. 


1.Cancellation Policy. 
You can cancel your booking as long as there is more than 24 hours notice ​by emailing info@woodspring-golf.com stating the date you made the booking, the name of the payee as well as the date you are due to play. 
 Please do not phone the pro shop or contact Intelligent Golf as they are unable to cancel and refund a tee time.
The reason we ask for at least 24 hours notice is so we have a chance of rebooking the tee time.
​ No refunds will be given for cancellation within 24 hours prior to the booked tee time for any reason including Covid. 
​Refunds can take up to ten days to go back onto your credit card depending on your provider.

2.Transfer of Tee Times . All tee times are to be used by the named person. Someone wishing to transfer the name can do so only with the Club's agreement. The tee time is strictly not for re-sale via the player under any circumstances. 

3.Rearranged Tee Times. You can request that your booked tee time be changed up to 24 hours prior to the booked tee time but the following conditions apply:-
• If your revised tee time incurs additional costs, these will be payable on check-in in the Pro-Shop.
• No refunds will be given under any circumstances for a changed tee time. This transfer can only be done with Woodspring Golf Club's agreement and the management's decision is final.

4.Refunds. For visitor Tee Bookings made through Woodspring Golf Club's website www.woodspring-golf.com the following applies
• A full refund will be given if the course is deemed unfit for play by Woodspring Golf Club management. The club management decision is full and final. Refunds will only be tendered to the Credit/Debit card used in the original transaction

The driving range is open to everybody (under 14 must be accompanied by an adult) and is the perfect introduction into golf allowing members and visitors to perfect their golf swing.
